Morgan's Simple Steps to A Better YOU:

Stop.
Really stop and look at yourself.
You're a beautiful person. 


You can be everything and anything you want.
Don't hate and don't involve yourself with petty things - or things you cannot control.
Cry if you need to. Let it out and move on. Don't dwell.
Don't take people, things or life for granted. 
Live for something you believe in; life for yourself.
Relax.
Nix negative thinking.
Don't take everything so personally.
Don't worry about what others think.
Steer clear of people who drag you down, regardless.
Have somewhat of a routine.
Ignore cravings.
Watch what you consume.
Be true to yourself.
Become the person you want to be.
Believe in yourself.
Be proud of who you are.





You are fine exactly how you are.
You don't need to change.
You are who you are.

You are beautiful, inside and out. :)
