1. Raw Fruits and Vegetables

Oatmeal is loaded with fiber that prevents your body from storing fat and the fiber in oatmeal decreases your appetite to make you NOT gain weight and if you eat oatmeal about 1-to-2 hours before doing a weight loss workout.
