Wednesday, according to the clouds

Wednesday was ultra beautiful.
The temperature was cooler (70's), breeze was fantastic, smells and sounds were ones you'd find in fall...and the clouds....the clouds blew me away, all day.
Something about Wednesday had me captivated.

$3.79 FOR GAS!

I did a triple take on the road, and then proceeded to do an ultra quick turn around.
Gas for $3.79? YES PA-LEASE!!
You'd think I'd died and gone to Heaven!!
Although, that statement doesn't even make sense now that I think of it.
I mean, sure, Heaven is the best thing ever - but dying...?
Are we supposed to be happy to die?
I guess, right? I mean, it's Heaven after all...
Wait, now I am mega confusing myself.
I'll just stick to the fact that I've never been so happy in my life to get gas.

...that came out wrong too.
This post is batting a thousand.

Peace, Mo

I don't know what to think...I'm speechless...

Remember this last post about a compliment I got?
Well, today I just received another compliment from a girl I have never met before...seen before...knew about (to be quite honest).

I am taking one of my classes this semester online. Not my favorite thing to do, but convince wise - it's amazing. We have weekly discussion posts we must do (four or more) as well as the typical tests and papers. Anyways, the discussion posts are for the whole class to see and comment on and learn from and bounce ideas around. The compliment from a girl was via e-mail, and it said this:

"Morgan - I just wanted to let you know that I always enjoy reading your class discussion posts. It seems as though your personality really comes through the printed words - which isn't always easy to do. I assume you are a Communication major, and if that's so, I think you are headed down the right path - at least from what I can see from your ability to communicate in writing."

While it may not seem like much, I was just blown away. This came out of NO WHERE.

But seriously, my writings and thoughts and, like the e-mail brought up, my personality - it all comes from the heart and it's all who I am. I maybe should listen to people more when they say I have a gift in writing and communicating and inspiring people. I just need to really realize that in myself.

But I will just say this - thank you to all who read, comment and keep coming back for more. And remember, always say what you think, and be as open as you can. Do you know much of a relief that is...and how truly rare that is?

You all are amazing. And I thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Compliment.

I got such a nice compliment today.
A guy in one of my philosophy classes told me that he really enjoys talking to me because I am so open and honest about what I know, what I don't know, and what I want to know.
(We, of course, were in discussion about philosophy stuff - "searching for the truth").
He went on to say that it's such a unique and rare quality to find in people. I was so humbled by his compliment.
So flattered...

It is safe to say I cried TWO times today because I watched this two times.

Such an AMAZING guy, and story and just -- AH -- I want him to win!
His whole situation is still blowing my mind and just to see how he is dealing with it all.
So remarkable.

This might have just changed everything.
Yep...it did.
Oh, and this:
"Stop doing things out of obligation. If you're working relentlessly out of guilt or self-inflicted obligation, stop immediately. If you think maybe you're working relentlessly because of guilt or self-inflicted obligation but aren't quite sure, stop immediately. The actions that fill your days should come out of health, joy, love, peace, and heart. If you've lost your passion, drop everything, and for the love of God: go find it."

My 2011 Notebook

My Aunt from Seattle got me this amazing notebook from the Seattle Market.
I have used it extremely light up until now.
It's my new 'everything' notebook.
I constantly must have paper and pen on me at all times (like my camera) incase something of sporadic brilliance pops into my noggin.
OR I need to write down important times, dates, etc.

It's so authentic and creative - it will serve being my 2011 Everything Notebook so well.

B.A. Sweetie Candy Store:

In Brooklyn, Ohio lives a candy store Heaven.
When visiting Cory's sister, Melissa, we ventured over there.
I cannot describe to you how big this place is, all I can say is it just keeps going, and going and going.
They have every single candy under the sun you would want.
And, I was in love.

And the dare devils that the Beebe sibs are, decided to buy the sourest candy the store has to offer:
Toxic Waste and Sour Pop Rocks.
I had to capture the face:
From the Pop Rocks

Of course we then made a bet that if I didn't make any sour face Cory would take me out for a Triple Chocolate Melt Down.
I WON :)

Sunset Bliss

Lately, I've been realizing something about myself.
I LOVE the evening time.
I love the feeling of looking back and seeing all you've accomplished in the day.
Going home.
The cooling temperature of the day.
THE SUNSETS.
The sky.
The calmness.
Cooking.
Dinner time.
Relaxing and getting ready to go to bed.

I really love it. This summer I've been taking pictures whenever I see a sky that I cannot help but gaze at.
It's been all spur of the moment, too.
Which makes it even more special.

On the way out to Iowa:

On the way out to North Carolina:

On the way home from Ocean City:

On the way home from Ocean City:

On the way home from Rehoboth Beach:
(I think this one is so cool!)

This one is actually from a Walmart parking lot in Wadsworth, Ohio.
Cory and I made a cookie dough run, and the sky was so amazing.
